Kaleidoscope was founded by teachers that have a passion for teaching children. It’s development spanned more than 10 years, while the team created a curriculum to educate a complete child.
Kaleidoscope School incorporates monthly themes throughout the year. Each of the themes provides activities and enrichment that build on what is being learned that month.
Our kindergarten and preschool / pre-K programs would not be successful without a strong staff and a strong curriculum, as well as parental and community involvement. All of our staff are highly qualified. Our staff have a love of teaching as well as learning. They understand what it is like to be a student.
Our curriculum is based on Core Knowledge. This curriculum goes all the way through 8th grade, which provides consistency throughout the most important education years. It suits us well, as it incorporates a lot of hands-on activities.
Without the parents, Kaleidoscope would not be the school that it is. We ask parents to become actively involved in their child’s education. Therefore, we strongly encourage parents to volunteer both in the classroom and with activities that can help at home. Getting the community involved in our school through field trips and on-campus visits helps the children understand that learning plays an important part in a much bigger world.
